Engineer couldn’t complete the outside work for full fibre on the 15th due to him not having a cherry picker.. i’ve not heard anything from Sky or openreach about rescheduling to install it so i’m currently without any internet i’m paying for and internet i was told would go live on the 15th.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Meg-ano getting a cherry picker to your site will inevitably take time so you can expect a delay of days or a couple of weeks. You can call Sky and ask but often Openreach cannot give them a firm date as it depends on local availability.
