Fibre install messed up
Ordered a new FTTP install. An openreach contractor came out, decided they needed a cherry picker to reach the pole, and then called back to say they couldn't get one that day but that it would be sorted before activation date (today).
Sky engineer came out today, fitted the ONT inside the house and CSP outside, but no update on the fibre drop itself - despite two calls to Sky promising me openreach would be out today - which unsurprisingly never happened.
My FTTC connection is still active but I fear I'll now get stuck in a doom loop between Sky and OR.
Any suggestions for how to escalate this so that OR come and do the job they were supposed to do a week ago?

@Oxfordblue1 Nothing you can do, OR will get round to it in there own time when resources are available to do! Copper should stay up fine until switch over time!

Yeah. My concern is that OR are not even aware that the job isn't complete. The people at Sky I spoke to yesterday didn't fill me with confidence as they both told me OR would be out that day to connect up.

Re: Fibre install messed up
@Oxfordblue1 Both the OR and the Sky Engineer's reports will have the state off the install on them, so OR will be aware but as before it's all in there hands to get it finished....
