Fibre connection - BT say my area is ready and Sky should have been in touch with regard to fitting
A BT/EE representative called and asked if I had had a grey box fitted as yet as our area is now ready for the same and it needs to be done as soon as possible whilst it is free. I have not received anything from Sky in this regard, why?

Use your my sky app go on the broadband section and do a check for broadband in your area if full fibre is available then contact sky as to what one you want, as far as I know sky don't contact customers at the moment

I have tried to check on my Sky app but only getting how much they charge to upgrade, don't want to pay if it is supposed to be free. I will try and ring them but unfortunately I work long hours.
