Fibre broadband fitted
App for sky can not access only using my own data ..also the connect is no quicker..my bill has gone up why ?

@dollyhard you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Not exactly surecwhat you mean access the app however check thst you are ising the Sky id linked to the account.
If speeds in your home are limited by the speed of the wifi connection between thevhub and the device increasing the speed to the hub by switching to full fibre isnt going to help. If testing speeds use a devicecconnected by Ethernet. However rarely there can be configuration issues hencecthe need to test using a reliable connection.
