Fibre Broadband

Recently had fibre broadband fitted I've noticed the alarm light on the ONT box isn't illuminated all the other lights are green is this correct ?

@Stoupa2019 Depending on which ONT you have as there are a few different models but yes, you do not want to see the Alarm light lit, when it does and goes RED then you have a problem. Post a picture up off yours if you wish!

Generally speaking it's a bad thing to have an Alarm light lit up....
