Fibre Broadband and phone down

Hi my fibre broadband and phone are both down. I have all three green lights on the the ONT but only the first three lights on the Sky Hub are green with the fourth Voice light red. If I switch off the hub, leave it 30 seconds then everything works for a few minutes before the fibre broadband and phone dies again. Your online tests show everything is fine but they are not. This has happened a few times since you installed the fibre last month, can you send me a new hub as this is really inconvient and a security issue as all my external security camera go down. I have taken pictures but can't see where to attached them to in this post.

@Kevin451  Which area of the country are you in? hemel hempstead is dealing with a major outage.

I'm in Essex, phoned Sky and went through the usual reset hub actions and all back working but I stated this keeps happening so they've noted on my account that they'll send me a replacement Hub without question. All good for now so we'll wait and see the response  next time it goes down!

Fibre broadband and phone went down again a few days ago with three green lights but the Voice red so phoned Sky again and they've now sent a new hub and everything's been fine for a day so let's see how long before the next issue 😉
