Fiber update

In January 24 I was promised free fiber BB,  after being given messages.of installation date, open reach had problems getting to my property , often a few visits from open reach engineers a problem Inhad was fixed , messages from sky re fiber bb, stoped,

opnreach are now installing in my street,  how do I get them to install mine 

I am old and disabled and cannot understand Skys operators info
