Moving home but can't find new address

I am moving home soon and when I check for availability at my new address, I can find it in the drop down menu on the website and there is availability.

 

However, when I phone up to start the move, they can't find my new address on their end. 

 

I am sure the postcode is correct as they have the addresses of my neighbours when trying to find mine. What can I do about this?

If you want help undrrstanding the output post thectable and first 3 lines of the notes after rdmoving the reference to the address.

@Chrisee thanks for replying. The address is there on openreach checker.

 

I can see the table and notes, I just wonder why the home move team cannot find this address when I call them?

 

Is there another contact I can use to resolve this?

@colli12 assuming you spoke to the home move team then no they are the right team.. Perhaps the agent misheard the address over the phone so try calling again.

@Chrisee I have called twice and neither agent could find the address on the list.

 

Not sure what else to do at this point.

Another thing that might be useful is to know the UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number).  You can find that here:

@colli12 there are odd areas where Sky cannot offer a service for example if you need a partial fibre service and the cabinet is full - the checker will show that as "wait list" or unavailable. In a very few exchanges Sky may not have a presence so cannot offer a service
