Fiber down in Enfield London

Fiber is down in Enfield London. PON light red. Service checker says service is affected in the area and may take days to fix. Where can I go for real time updates and/or receive a notification when it's back working in the area. Thanks.

@GoodManTheDan There is nowhere on sky to get any info like that, so you will need to look elsewhere, the connection fix will take as long as it is required to be done by the repair team. When it's all back working your Pon will return to a solid Green light again!

Would be handy to have the option for a push notification on the service checker. Something for the roadmap 🙂

Typically that's a rather poorly worded reference to the generic Openreach two-working-days-to-fix target time: it's not related to any specific outage.

I suspect Openreach doesn't give its ISP clients that kind of access.
