Sky (via BT OPEN REACH) attempted to convert us to fast fibre approx 2 months ago but this was unsuccessful. Please advise if this has now been done or if not, a projected date for completion as our internet connection currently is worse than ever.
Moving to Full fibre is only usually done via an upgrade request if you already have a connection. Do you still have an open order or was it cancelled?
