False reporting

Why does it say 35Mb/s is ok on service checker when I'm paying for 500? How do I get them to fix it? Thanks

@JP124 Is everything else ok when you look at the broadband history with the service checker, package is fine showing you are on the FF500, speed's are indicated in the general 500 mark, you are getting resonable speed download when you check, etc. 

 

The low speed of 35Mb/s may just be a hangover from your previous package, but it will take sky to go in and correct what needs to be done! You are going to have to call for it to get sorted i would think!
