Hi all. Just moved into a new property last month, ordered sky hub set it all up and it works perfectly. Unfortunately I don't have much furniture so my router is in the reach of my toddlers hands. He has managed to reset it this morning and now my Internet isn't working even though all 4 lights are green. Does anyone know what I can do to get the Internet working again please?

You'll need to check any cables leaving the LAN ports to PCs and equipment. With all four LEDs light green, that means the broadband has connected to the ISP and is working to the router, so the issue with likely be with cables from LAN ports or where you have changed the SSID (wireless identifier) when the child reset the router back to factory defaults that now needs modifying back to your requirements to work.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sjd96 its relatively unlikely your toddler has "reset" your Sky hub will requires someone to hold in recessed reset pin using a paper clip or something similar for 15 plus seconds if they had by sheer chance the settings return to the factory defaults on the label.
I would disconnect the power for a few seconds and let the unit reboot which takes roughly 5 minutes often sorts issues.
