Hello, this is one for personnel who have previously ordered FTTP, it states that openreach will text me to confirm the works they need to do, only external as sky engineer completes inside on another date only thing is I'm in the middle of the North Sea in Denmark so can't receive SMS, can anyone confirm the text was actually a question or just more a notification?

@Dannyzuko91 its a bit of both you dint need to be there if they can access tomgarden and outside of your house. If they cant for any reason contact them to arrange a timed appointment.
