FTTP change Supplier ??

Hi,I'm  thinking about switching from Sky FTTP To ZEN FTTP, Apparently if I switch I have two options according to ZEN ...1, to use Cityfibre or 2, to use Openreach, i currently am connected with Openreach(thru Sky) and have no connection/speed problems now if I were to choose Cityfibre could that possibly give me problems or is it safer to choose Openreach who I have had no problem.s with? I am intending to upgrade to 300mbs from 145mbs,I'm just looking for advice on whether to choose the Openreach or Cityfibre option ...TIA

@worcesterman47  So this is a bit complicated as Zen can use either network (depending on area), this issue I foresee is of you choose the CityFibre option I don't beleive there is a way that Zen can take over your existing FTTP service with Sky(I could be wrong) so could leave your existing service live after Zen provide service via CityFibre's network.

I would favour them using the Openreach network where they can easily switch you from Sky to Zen thus cancelling service with Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
