FON LIGHT IS RED
Can't get any WiFi as FON light is red . Tried resetting but still the szme

@RRB2a red LOS light means the ONT is not receiving an optical signal. The PON light should be unlit or green. There is nothing you can do beyond checking the green connecter is securly plugged in and restarting the ONT. Using a mobile device run the Service Checker in the My Sky app to check if Sky are already aware of an issue affecting your service. If they aren't call them so they can get it checked out.
