FAILED OTS

Hey Guys please assits customer was moving to EE via OTS however we managed to win customer back , EE cancelled the OTS but its only active on SKY TALK and BB shows Switching in progress still . how do we go about resolving this

If you represent an ISP then you need to go through the established TOTSCo system: posting to a public forum isn't appropriate.
