Your saying everything is OK but I am not getting any broadband it went off 2 weeks ago then came back on. But this time it has stayed off .A couple of months ago an engineer was called out because an outside fault he said the box I have is very old  and really needs upgrading.

@John530 Run the sky diagnostic service, follow any prompt's if an issue is found.

@John530 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky's contact centres has been down all day but just seen a notification the issue causing thst outage has been resolved so try calling them to discuss your issue.
