Extremely slow wifi

I spoke to someone on Friday who agreed my internet was no where near the guaranteed minimum speed of 600mbps - he said it would get sent across to bt to look into and I've just received a text to say it's fixed, ITS NOT! 

I've just tested it and my work computer is at 290 and upstairs it's 55mbps!! That's nowhere near 600.  It's never been up to speed but I'm going to leave if you cat sort it.  I work for the council and have to conduct interviews under caution that just drop out and freeze constantly- I pay for the best internet you offer and it's wholly inadequate
