We've been having an issue for months now with streaming any films or programmes on Prime. It stops and buffers every few seconds and makes it pretty much impossible to watch anything. The best we've experienced is a couple of minute uninterrupted.

If you have the Netflix app on your streaming device run the Network test in the Get Help menu in the app as that will tell you the speed of the WiFi connection to the device. To stream video especially in UHD requires at the minimum 25Mb/s less for HD but both require a steady signal notvaffected by interference.
In many homes to get dedent WiFi requires more than a single WiFi source but sometimes dimply making sure the hub is out in the open on a surface so the signal is not blocked by furniture and radiators. Also if using a device like a fire stick or Sky Stream puck do thecsame with that hidingbthose behindcaxwall mounted TV may look neat but greatly redicescthe WiFi signal they can receive.
