Extremely slow speeds compared to guarenteed minimum

I have recently set up my sky wifi max on the gigafast package.  My min speeds should be 600mb im currently lucky if i get 50mb. Cant get through to an advisor getting passed through automated services. Will be looking to cancel as its nowhere near my package minimum and no known issues in the area. My partner runs a business from home and this is having a negative affect.

@Larlar9494  How are you measuring the speeds?   What speed is being received at the hub on the mysky app?

Im using Ookla to test my speeds and sat around 53mb at the moment

Its is not showing speeds on the hub it says it cannot see the hub

That's speed delivered to the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable, not WiFi from it.

A business-branded product would be preferable: using domestic broadband brings no additional priority or support.

The 'guaranteed' wireless speed (if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the broadband account) is a distinctly unambitious 25Mbs.

Without WiFi Max it's a whole 3Mbs.

@Larlar9494 That is not guaranteed via WiFi; it's only guaranteed to the router/hub.
