Extremely Slow Download Speeds

For the last few weeks download an upload speed has been terrible. Customer support denies anything wrong with the connection but can only get 8mbps download speed and it randomly drops below that. Got a new router recently enough but that didnt solve the issue. Ethernet cable gives the same speeds.Is there anything i can do?

@Doja From the stat's you posted, there is a 32MB/s on the wan Rx b/s download, which would appear to be 11MB/s on the 2.4ghz and the remaining is on the 5ghz band. Something is causing this on the wifi signal. You need to test via Ethernet lan connection. Watch the stat's when the wan is Rx b/s is a low value that is the speed on the internet broadband side. You may have to disconnect your wireless devices to see which one is causing your issue, but looks like it is on both bands.
