I don't understand why I have to pay for the old device even though I sent it by November 16

@Liana2 All depends on the considered old, you do not own any sky equipment, they give it to you on loan with the promise that was made to keep it good, send it back if requested, if not pay the never ending charges that sky can/will keep applying to you!

 

If you sent it then call sky with your tracking information and allow them to go look see, if they are wrong all refunds will be returned to you from sky to any extra payment that you have had to make during the period!
