External fibre installation
I had th external fibre installation man come today whilst I was at work. I came home and checked what he had done. The small wires are left exposed and a hole is visible. I did notice a cover is on the ground next to it. Is this normal? Surely it can't be left like that?

Re: External fibre installation
@Tanya+Marie+B The 2nd part will finish it all, cover up the outside and all inside work nice box to finish, hole needed to do cable outside to inside, even though they say no one needed to be there it's all done now externally!

Re: External fibre installation
Thank you for your reply. I called sky and they said the same. I came home the other day to bt open reach sorting out the mess he left. It wasn't meant to be left like that and apparently I wouldn't have had any internet on Monday if it was. It's all covered and neat now.

Re: External fibre installation
@Tanya+Marie+B The Engineers don't normally leave but when not a finished all at the one go it does happen, as long as all done and dusted now, finished and you do seem to be happy with it all, the two stage in/out does mess customers about a little!👍
