WiFi not great throughout the house

I have a booster already from Sky but I struggle to keep a good connect while upstairs and my tv can't connect to the WiFi at all. I have tried hit spotting my phone to the tv and that works so it isn't the tv that is the problem.

@Jenkik  What colour of router do you have from Sky, black or white?
