Ext problems T P Link

Hi 

after sky has been set up there is no connection to the second bedroom which used to be connected by a T P Link Ext. I have tried a hard reset which hasn't worked as well as plugging the top link near to the router but with no luck. Also my client is an 86 year old lady suffering with dementia so separate controls is causing her difficulties and taking away her enjoyment. Can you suggest a way of combining them please. `please bear in mind I am not the best with technology either.

Are you referring to television remote controls?

Keep in mind that no-one reading this forum knows which service(s) you have taken from Sky if you don't say.
