The external cable has been stretched by vines growing up the side of the house. The vines have been removed but there are exposed, bare, stretched and broken wires coming out of a connection box.
Somehow our WiFi is still working, however it is much slower than usual.
May I please request an engineer as quickly as possible to fix the exposed wiring.
