Expensive broadband
While discussing my broadband with friends who use other providers I appear to pay much more. I do not need 'superfast' simply a basic product. I think £40 a month is a lot. I have been with Sky for 26 years and thought I'd get a better deal.

We're only other customers here but your friends may be on new customer deals with various suppliers. If you're out of minimum term then you need to contact Sky to try and renegotiate, be prepared to look for other deals if no success and use the OTS (one touch switch) service as you won't need to contact Sky once more (again, if out of minimum term).
