Excessively Slow Wifi Speed.

I recently swapped my account to Gigafast Broadband and since doing so my Wifi has been getting progressively worse.  Just before writing this I was getting approx 14mb/s.

 

When upgrading my account to gigafast broadband, should I have received a different router?

If you already had a Sky Broadband Hub then that's only changed for a Max Hub if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is added to the account.

 

The Gigafast+ Hub is for CityFibre circuits.
