New fire and hub not connecting to the existing booster sky installed
I've just had fibre installed by Open reach and a new hub, the new hub isn't connecting to the booster sky installed previously. I've pressed reset and turned on and off , still doesn't connect

If you now have a white Max Hub, that's not compatible with previous Sky booster models.
The booster for the Max Hub is a 'pod', and Sky loans them under the terms of the WiFi Max subscription supplement.
