When the land-line rings the broadband stops, it will then go super slow both upload and download speed hit rock bottom until I restart the router.

Any tips chaps?

@roger1949 Does your router and phone plug into a filter or do you have a flitered faceplate where you plug in the phone and broadband?

@roger1949Do you have a means to call Sky to report this issue. Does lifting the phone handset cause the internet to drop?
