Ethernet dropping

Hi, my internet keeps dropping out on both Ethernet and eifi connection. I work from home and my teams meetings keep disconnecting and internet is slow to upload, we also have issues with Xbox games lagging a lot.

Which hub do you have? Do any lights change on it when you notice the issue?

I'm having a similar problems, I'm getting 150mb over WiFi and only 20-45mb using an ethernet cable, and internet drop outs to pc and Xbox via ethernet . Sky keep checking router saying ok, I've installed all new cat 5 cable (cat6 not required) max run is 15m and still slow. All worked perfect when with BT now sky is solo slow. Big let down.
