Ethernet cable not working
Sky recently put in fibre cable and upgraded the wifi router, worked perfect for a few weeks then suddenly no ethernet connection was getting ipv4 internet access.
Tried my pc and xbox both had the same problem unable to connect to ipv4.
Recently took my pc and xbox to another house and connnected via ethernet and it worked fine.
Tried everything i've seen online about hard reseting the router, changing ethernet cables, flushing dns, setting a static ip everything.
My only conclusion is a new router, does anyone have an easier solution?

Re: Ethernet cable not working
@Rolyat while it is possible the ethernet ports have failed on the hub it would be a pretty unusal fault. Check it isnt a simple IP addressing issue and swap the cable and the port you are using as Sky will almost certainly ask you to check that before swapping the unit.

Re: Ethernet cable not working
If a full factory reset of the router doesn't solve the issue then you'll be looking at a replacement
