Ethernet Cable missing

I'm still due the cable that was missing from my sky box packet. I have been without Internet and my bill is due soon please advise with a solution and an ETA of the solution asap

What does it say in my orders orders in your my sky app?

 

The quickest way if you are getting full fibre fttp is to source your own category 5e ethernet cable from currys, pcworld etc
