New Sky Broadband - but have been told no Openreach have identified there is no capacity
Hello.
I have just ordered Sky Broadband for a place we are moving into. Now been told that Openreach have identified there is no capacity at the green cabinet on the street for a Fibre connection.
What do I do now as this means we will have no broadband at all? What options do I have? Thanks in advance.

You may be able to get ADSL direct to the exchange, the link posted by @cookiemonsteruk will tell you that. But depending on distance, that may be unusably slow. If that's the case then you could look at 4/5G mobile broadband, depending on the indoor coverage at the new address.
Annoyingly while there is often cited a waiting list for a spare port in the cabinet to come free, there is no actual list. So you just have to keep checking daily until it shows as available, then grab it quick before someone else does.
