No internet connection right now message on screen. Been through all the online checks. My mobile phone connects ok. It's just seems to be an issue getting onto apps and downloading programs. It's still recording for me.

Forgot to mention we had a power cut on Wednesday night just wondering if this may have caused it

I can watch normal channels and sky programs just issues getting onto the apps ie Netflix BBCi etc

@LomaxA Just trying to be clear as you have posted on the Broadband Forum, do you think this is a network issue or just something to do with the TV side?

My phone is connecting to Wi-Fi ok and tv channels are ok plus it's recording. It did connect once on Thursday but then went off again. We had a power cut late Wednesday night.

i am having the exactly same issue have internet, can play the PS5, can record BUT dont have voice cammand, apps on demand also having
