Error code 34014
All the green lights are on my router but I'm getting this error code

@Beckyf86 A Sky Hub does not give such an error code, where are you seeing this? Which Sky TV Box are you seeing this on?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
