Equipment packaging
It seemsvthe virtual assistant can't answer this simple question. Do I need to keep the boxes my broadband and tv puck equipment came in?

No, because should you ever need to return it and the puck then Sky will send you some packaging or you can use your own.

If and when you cancel those subscriptions Sky will send out packaging towards the end of the relevant notice period but if you've got room it might be worth keeping it.
