Engineer

I have engineer booked today and no one showed up and I've took a day off what means I've lost the money because I took a day off and no one's here so shall I wait or what's going on and what's the situation? Someone should come out and fix my broadband because my speed is only Really low

@HardyR Sky are unlikely to know today when or if an engineer will attend as thecengineers work for different companies. Given the recent storm Openreach may have re-tasked their teams. You should be paid compensation for a missed appointment as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
