Sky engineer due to call out yesterday between 8am and 5pm-which already is a pretty large time gap. I had to nip out although I read on sky app that engineer would ring. I missed them and they did not, instead they left a note saying number was wrong with no additional information. Now sky app won't let me reschedule engineer. Has anyone ever dealt with something like this before and could offer some advice? Thank you!!
