Big problems with Wifi
There is a huge problem with the WiFi in my property. I regularly work from home and I cannot do a call without the WiFi dropping and me having to constantly reconnect. I have come to the point where I am so frustrated I have no option but to leave Sky if this is not sorted. I am paying lots of money for a service that doesn't work. Please can this be looked into ASAP.

Re: Big problems with Wifi
You aren't reporting this to Sky. We are customers like you. You'll need to contact Sky to report a fault and if one is found they'll pass it on to Openreach to investigate. Working from home brings no additional benefits in terms of repair times as Sky Broadband as discussed on here is a domestic service.
Your other thread has been removed as you already have this one.
