Engineer
An engineer called yesterday to install fibre optic cables. We are now having problems with in coming calls. Someone called yesterday although the phone rang on answering the phone was dead. I 'be tried to see if there are
any loose cables can't find any.

@Hear1 with full fibrecthe phone has to be plugged into the back of your Sky hub. If you cannot receive incoming calls or get a dialling tone call Sky to report it. You old analogue phone sockets are no longer going to work.
