@harbert906 that isnt something the forum can tell you. You can check for updstes in the My Orders section ofvthe My Sky app or website. It is unlikely thst Sky can tell you any more if you call them as broadband engineers are often not tgeir own but working forvtge network operator like Openreach or City Fibre.
