@Hollyx what exactly is the enginner doing for you.
As mentioned in the previous post if its an Openreach engineer it can take a while for get appointments, when a spare engineer is working in your area and they won't move up general appointments any earlier, only things like massive emergencies will they escalate and get engineers onsite quicker
