Engineer visit

Hello,

 

we had a sky engineer come out 29/06/25 and he had an issue in accessing our router.

 

he said he would escalate the issue and someone would be in touch.

 

nobody has contacted us or advised what is going on?

 

we have had WiFi issues for weeks and and have been paying for this according.

 

we wish to make a formal complaint and have someone update us on this.
