Engineer visit

How do I reschule an engineer appointment, to connect broadband already delayed since 21st July? I can't seem to do this online...I want to make it earlier as it is scheduled for the 1st September.

You will find you've been allocated the earliest possible appointment in your area. Unless there is a cancellation you're stuck with that date I'm afraid.
