Engineer visit over due
Hi.
An engineer was due to visit between 8am & 1pm to install my broadband but this time is passed. I'm getting nowhere with the frustrating chat bot.
Does anyone know how I can get an update about whether they will be turning up today?

Unfortunately Sky agents may not be able to update you today as Openreach normally update their ISPs overnight with any issues.
