Engineer unresolved
Was meant to have my broadband activated on the 20th of march ,
the engineer was unable to do so
I've since had a text saying I will be updated on the 31st of march as they might need a survey engineer to visit , but on my sky app it still says engineer visit in progress , I've tried to contact but can't get through , I only get a.i

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
