Lowkey stressing. So I had sky to come round today to install my broadband. I called them Monday to inform I am not able to attend and changed the date. However I have had a text and email to say they’re coming today and if I do not attend I’ll get charged £25 on my next bill.

@CoreyLewisAspin often the engineers work for a different company so communications take time if you gave a full 48 hours notice you should not be charged
