Engineer scheduling time frame
I reported a fault I my fibre optic after running the service checker. The answer from SKY was that the fault is outside the property. They will schedule an engineer to call to the property. Does any one know how log will take SKY to send an engineer.

Re: Engineer scheduling time frame
Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISP's and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.
