Hi, twice a broandband engineer has failed to turn up and now every time I try to rectify the issue and call up I get put through to sales then put on hold waiting for ages to get connected to another team to get connected to another team.
I have been at my property twice waiting and no one has turned up without an explanation.
How can I book ANOTHER engineer without going through 40 minutes of calls being on hold for 38 of those 40 minutes?
